Are your wigs made with human hair?
Yes. All Nekkyhairs wigs are made with 100% human hair. Check each listing for the specifications of that particular unit.
How do I choose between bone straight, bouncy and curly wigs?
Choose bone straight for a sleek look, bouncy for movement and a styled finish, or curly for visible curl definition. Compare the individual product photographs, as styles vary between units. Our Wig Buying Guide explains the details to check before ordering.
Does every wig have the same closure or frontal?
No. Check the individual product listing for its closure or frontal details. If your preferred parting or hairline style is important to you, contact us to confirm that the unit supports it.
How do I know whether a wig will fit?
Check the listed cap-size information. If measurements are missing, or you are unsure whether an average cap size will suit you, ask us for the specific unit's measurements before ordering.
Is hair weight the same as density?
No. A weight such as 350g describes hair weight, not a density percentage. Use the listed specifications and photographs together when comparing fullness.
Are all wigs ready to dispatch?
Availability depends on the unit. Some wigs can be remade after finished stock sells out. Confirm whether your chosen wig is ready to dispatch or needs to be made, especially if you need it for an event.
How do I check delivery arrangements?
Review our shipping policy before ordering. If you have a deadline, contact us with your destination and chosen wig to confirm preparation and delivery arrangements. Preparation time and delivery time are separate.
Can I use my usual haircare products on my wig?
Check each product's intended use and the care guidance for your wig. A product suitable for natural hair is not automatically suitable for every wig, colour or texture. Contact us if you are unsure which product to choose.
How long will my wig last?
We do not promise a fixed lifespan. Wear, handling, styling and maintenance affect the condition of a wig over time. Follow the care guidance for your unit.
